A Silk Purse

Here is my old manufactured house after 23 years of remodeling and landscaping. If you looked at photos before it was purchased in 1998, you might not believe it's the same place. You really can turn a sow's ear into a silk purse!

In 2021 the house was back on the market, smack in the middle of the pandemic. They said it couldn't be done. They said the listing would go stale. But within two weeks I had a solid offer and sold it for seven times what I paid for it. In just two months I raised the neighborhood comps from under $200,000 to over $400,000.
